Absurdly poor design Nov 11, 2009
The on/off toggle is a tiny switch under the base of the lamp. Even worse, there is a second switch the exact same size, also under the base, that toggles between battery and usb power. Basically, you need the area to already be light enough to see in order to turn the lamp on.
The lamp is somewhat dim, but I expected that given the number of LEDs.
The lamp itself is very compact. The neck is about 6 inches long.
