Great Graduation Gift Jun 11, 2010 Purchased this Flash drive for my nephew for graduation. It was the perfect gift. The drive arrived quickly, in perfect condition and in excellent packaging.

Cheap but Deffective May 06, 2010 Here is the deal, they shipped it at a decent speed, it arrived here in the alloted time. However, the item was defective. I had been waiting for this for some time and needed it. Needed to backup and move my music. However that was impossible with it defective. (my other flashdrive (32GB) was too small. Anyways, I sent it back with the RMA and whatnot, they said they would replace it. A week later, they tell me they were out of stock (which I know is a lie because there is still listenings on AMAZON. They could have always taken it off of here. So instead of replacing it like they said they would (please note I paid $50 for this item. It was very cheap so I swiped it fast). But they refunded my money instead. Yes they refunded my money, but it wasn't what we had agreed to.
So for the reasons of it being defective and they did not fullfil their end, I vote these guys 1/5 stars. They wasted my time and effort. In the end I didn't even get the item i was searching for. How disappointing. I will not be ordering from these guys again: Electronica Direct (i believe their name was).
Oh note Electronica's customer service is far from friendly and was kinda rude. There was no polite "thank you for choosing our companty" at the end of the conversation, it was rude and the person had a complete negative vibe.

Failure x 2 Oct 24, 2009 The First 64 GB Luxio failed after a month, (5 weeks later) the Second, replacement had problems when I got it so I formatted it -- it refused to format -- the DRIVE IS TOTALLY DEAD, USELESS, so now I have a RMA number for another replacement a THIRD drive, which will take another 5 weeks .. if I spend the money to return it.

Luxio 64 GB flash drive failure Oct 04, 2009 I bought this Super Talent Luxio 64 GB flash drive at the end of May (29th) because I wanted the high capacity and AES encryption. It also was supposed to be pretty fast. I have no complaints about the speed or encryption process. However after 4 months (Oct. 02) it failed completly. When I inserted it in the USB port, my computer requested me to insert a removeable disc. I emailed SuperTalent with their RMA form from the website. They sent me a Recovery Tool program that completely wiped the disc, including my data and their encryption program. Luckily I had the data on the flash drive backed up within the last week, so all was not lost. But I am extremely unhappy about the reliability and will never entrust it again.
I am not sure about what I will do regarding the encryption. I found when I bought a second Super Talent Luxio (32GB) that their software would not support a second Luxio Flash Drive. I may use a far better Encryption program, TureCrypt, that will support multiple devices (hard drives, flash drives, etc.)

Bait and switch???? Pricing error???? Sep 12, 2009 I ordered the Super Talent 64GB USB 2.0 Luxio flash drive (STP64GLXWU) but what I received from Tiger Direct was three 8GB USB drives. 3 times 8 does NOT equal 64. While Tiger Direct (after their first phone disconnect) was very helpful in giving me directions as to how to ship the incorrect product back, they would not ship the correct product. They said that I had to reorder from Amazon.
Guess what? The Price on Amazon was now over $100 more!!
So... It looks as though I had found a mispriced item. But rather than either sending me what I had ordered at the price listed or letting me know that there had been an (electronic) printing error, they chose to waste over a week of my time with the rouse of sending the wrong item.
I will think long and hard before dealing with Tiger Direct again.
