Too expensive! Dec 30, 2011
By Jeremy You can buy these at Radio Shack for $19.99. They have Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Yoda and a Storm Trooper. They are all 4GB flash Drives.

Immune to Jedi Mind Tricks Jul 31, 2011
By Danno This tiny fellow looks like one of those anime-style SD Star Wars toys that places like Burger King and McDonald's have in kids' meals from time to time. But it's actually a working USB dongle! Kids will get a kick out of it as will any Star Wars fan who involuntarily spends too much time at their computer at work. Just pop the helmet off and plug him in, and he's ready to store your files like any other USB.
This mini-trooper is constructed pretty well and doesn't look like he'll snap apart anytime soon. Prices do vary on these things, so shop around if that's important to you. I like him because I'm absent minded and am less likely to forget to bring a Stormtrooper along than a typical flash drive.
My main complaint is ergonomic. Since the trooper is fully 3-dimensional, he takes up a lot of space once you plug him into a USB hub. Whether I am using a hub or my laptop, the trooper's bulk limits the number of other USBs I can use at the same time. Usually this is no big deal for me. But if you need to have external hard drives, game controllers, webcams, etc plugged in at the same time this could be a problem.
This isn't a goodie that's going to appeal to everyone, so take my 4-star rating for a simple "thumbs up."

Storm Trooper is way cool! Jul 20, 2010
By John D. Lee I bought this USB for me. I also have another one of Darth Vader. The Storm Trooper is actually cooler than the Darth Vader one. Both really get the attention of visitors to my office. At first they just figure I have a kid's toy on my desk, which is not too strange since I have kids and also work at a high school. After they see me pop the head off and stick the USB in my computer though, everyone smiles. Everyone thinks it is a really cool idea.
I have some friends from my generation, which grew up on Star Wars, who would be thrilled with one of these. I am really planning on buying more as birthday gifts for some of my close friends!
it has a problem with its quality May 28, 2013
By Ciara I'm not satisfied with these following points - rough painting - the bottom of flash drive doesn't attach to this "case" (the body part) and the cap (the head part) is a little bit too tight, so when I take the cap off, the usb itself comes off together... - the head (cap part) is too heavy Considered these points, I felt it is expensive... I do not recommend this item...
