It is definitely spinning as fast as it can but there just isn't a lot of breeze coming out. It is also quite loud. At the high pitched end of the scale too.
Seems quite well put together and has survived several trips in my backpack. I just need to find a quieter one...

I bought this fan as a gift for someone who collects M&M and it was very well recieved. I thought it was so cute I am ordering another one for myself. One thing that I really like is that the cord is long enough so that I can sit the fan where ever I want to on my desk. Very pleased with this purchase.
